Digital Products

Same-day delivery. When you purchase digital products from our website, there’s no need to wait for shipping! These items are available for instant download upon payment completion. Simply configure and download your digital planners and templates at your convenience.

Please note that digital products do not involve physical shipment, and no physical items will be sent to your address.

Physical Products

For Custom Planners:

When you order a custom planner, we take great care to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Design Changes: Once you’ve placed an order for a custom planner, it’s transferred to our third-party printing house for production and shipping. Therefore, no further changes to the design are possible. We strongly recommend reviewing the cover title and design before completing your order.
  • Refunds and Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of your planner, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
  • Production Time: Since we produce custom planners upon request, please allow up to 10 business days for production.
  • Shipping: After production, your order will be shipped within 48 hours from the United States.
  • International Shipping: For international orders, please allow up to 30 business days from the date of your order for delivery.
  • Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress.
  • Delivery Issues: If your package does not arrive within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.
  • Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please take photos of both the damage and the outer packaging, then email them to [email protected] to initiate the claim process.
  • Important: Once an order is placed, no changes can be made to the product design or shipping address. Please review all details carefully before completing your order. All information entered at checkout is final.
  • Delivery to Your Address: Our shipping service offers door-to-door delivery. If you’re not at home during delivery, your parcel may be held at the local postal office for 30 days. It’s your responsibility to pick it up during this time.
  • Parcel Notifications: We’ll send you email reminders as soon as the tracking system shows that your package has arrived at the local postal office. You’ll be asked to confirm delivery by clicking a button in the email. If you fail to pick up your parcel within the specified time, it might be returned to us, and we won’t be able to resend it.
  • Tracking Shows Delivered: If the tracking shows as delivered but your package does not arrive at the address provided in your order, please follow up with the carrier to resolve the issue.


If you select a product that is available for pre-order and combine shipping with products that are available to ship immediately, please note that we’ll wait to bundle your items in one shipment when the pre-order is ready to ship. If you prefer to receive some products sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
