Refund and Returns Policy

REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL ORDERS (templates, printable planners, invitations templates and all other digital products that don’t require shipping):

I am working towards 100% satisfaction of the customer. You can always contact me with any queries or refund requests.

However, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:

  • If you are less than 100% satisfied with our products/services
  • You have changed your mind about your purchase;
  • You purchased by mistake;
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the Items made available;

Nevertheless, if I decide to issue a refund, this will generally be done using the same manner used to make the purchase. Any payment made to you will be made in the currency offered to you when you purchased.

REFUND POLICY FOR PRINTED ORDERS (physical planners, printed invitations and all other physical products that require shipping)

Please note that once the order for a custom digital planner is placed, it’s transfered to the third-party printing house that will produce your custom digital planner. Therefore no further changes to the design are possible once the order is placed. Therefore I strongly insist that you carefully check the cover title and design before completing the order.

Due to the custom design of your planner, no exchanges or refunds are possible either. All sales are final.

The refunds are possible in case the planner doesn’t arrive within 30 business days after the day your place the order or arrives damaged and completely unusable. We do not refund shipping costs. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed.


All orders are final and non-refundable unless the shipment arrives damaged, an item is defective, or if the wrong product was sent. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us at [email protected] with any issues. Per the 30-day return policy, we will accept most returns within 30 days from the date of the purchase. If your item is not in resalable condition and damaged in any way, we will not be able to honor a refund. We ask that you protect the shipment using proper padding, shipping it in a box, or use a service like Priority Mail so the package is insured.


Contact Customer Care within 30 days of your purchase at [email protected]. Please provide your name, order number, the item name, quantity, and the reason for your return. You will receive an email from Customer Care with your RA# (Return Authorization). You must write this number clearly and prominently on the outside of the package you will be sending to us. This is how we identify your return. Failure to provide us with the RA number will result in an automatic $10 fee being deducted from the refund amount and possible refusal of the return.
