Q: WHICH PDF ANNOTATION APP SHOULD I USE?
A: The digital planner does require a PDF annotation app to use, so we have compiled a list of the apps we recommend based on your device:

*Note: Some of the apps listed charge a subscription fee to access all of the features, so we also recommend doing some research to find which one will work best for you.
Q: WHY DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD A SEPARATE APP?
A: The digital planner is a hyperlinked PDF that was designed to work within a PDF annotation app such as GoodNotes or Noteshelf, otherwise it will not function properly. Within the app you’ll be able to write, doodle, type, use the digital stickers, navigate using the tabs, etc.
Q: DOES THE DIGITAL PLANNER WORK WITH EVERNOTE OR ONENOTE?
A: The digital planner is not compatible with EverNote or OneNote, as these apps do not support hyperlinked PDFs.
Q: DOES THE DIGITAL PLANNER WORK ON PHONES AND COMPUTERS?
A: There are apps such as GoodNotes and Xodo that are available on desktop and/or mobile devices, however the user experience may be limiting. The digital planner was designed to be used on a tablet with an Apple Pencil or stylus. Please use your own discretion.
Q: DOES THE DIGITAL PLANNER WORK ON AMAZON KINDLE DEVICES?
A: You will need to download the Google Play store onto your Kindle Fire tablet to be able to access compatible PDF annotation apps. Here is a great article that you may find helpful.
Q: HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY FILES?
A: Once you’ve completed the purchase, you will receive an email with a link to access your files. Click the link and it will redirect you to the download page. Select “Download Now” and the zip file will automatically download either through your browser or directly to your device. Go to your downloads and tap or click the zip file and it will automatically extract the folder. Finally, tap or click to open the folder and viola, you now have access to all of your files!
Q: HOW DO I USE THE DIGITAL PLANNER AND STICKERS WITHIN THE APP?
A: The process will vary depending on the app and device you use. The apps we recommend all have support channels and provide detailed instructions that will help you get the most out of your digital planner.
*Note: the digital planner was developed using GoodNotes, so we do provide instructions for that app specifically.
Q: HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL PLANNER?
A: Immediately after your purchase you will receive an email with a link to access your files. If you’re not seeing it try looking in other folders such as promos, social, spam, etc. If you’re STILL not seeing it, it’s possible the email was entered incorrectly or there was a technical issue. In that case, please email us or on chat and our customer support team can assist.
Q: WHY DOES THE PLANNER SHOW TWO PAGES?
A: We designed the digital planner to simulate a physical planner laying open. It’s best to use it with your tablet in the landscape position (make sure you don’t have your orientation locked), but you can also turn it to the portrait position and zoom to fit one page on the screen.
Q: CAN I RETURN THE DIGITAL PLANNER THAT I PURCHASED?
A: Since the digital planner is delivered as a downloadable file it is not a returnable item. Therefore, we have a zero refund policy with all of our digital products. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns prior to your purchase.
